The hotel staff was warm and cute.

I struggled with the steep stairs leading to our room, which became quite exhausting. The room lacked adequate heating. The noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our rest on a few occasions.

The property was amazing, offered exceptionally nice and immaculate rooms. When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with high technology shower and the excellent condition, for instance was ready. The whole staff was amiable.

An very nice find! The warm family-run atmosphere. Each breakfast on the terrace, with daily specials, was a culinary delight. The room was immaculate, and helpful staff provided excellent dining and hiking recommendations. I can't wait to return for more amazing sea views!

Noise echoes from the central hall and can disrupt sleep, especially with footsteps and doors. Accessing the hotel is a challenge due to steep roads, so driving in from La Spezia is advised to avoid navigation issues. Though the charming atmosphere is appealing, the weather is out of control at times, impacting your overall enjoyment.

I almost considered giving a good review, but honestly, my room was freezing at night and so uncomfortable. The stairs leading to it are ridiculous! No one even offered me an upgrade or a welcome gift to make up for my troubles. I woudl ve been much happier if they had just acknowledged my presence properly!

I was mesmerized by the beautiful room with a amazing balcony with fine views of the sea. Breakfast was a good experience, with a range of delicious dishes prepared by the attentive staff. Their warm hospitality.

The hotel sits atop a steep hill, made the walk from the train station quite taxing. While it's manageable, it can be a bit daunting after a long day of exploring.

The sun loungers and serene garden area were perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Just a heads up, it got a bit chilly at times since the room could've used a heater, but we loved our stay overall 😊

This place is a total gem! We stayed for 4 nights, and the breakfast was out of this world, I mean fresh orange juice and an array of dishes, some made with their own garden veggies. The rooftop deck? Unbelievable view, just perfect for a romantic evening under the stars.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

The roof terrace views are amazing, but the stairs can be tiring.

Everything was just perfect. the room was spotless, super cozy, and even had a lockbox for your valuables. Plus, it had central heating and a handy coffee and tea setup. 🚽.
